Wren White understands through experiences past struggling with pain, suffering, trauma, loss, grief that it can lead to addiction problems . Drugs, alcohol, food prescription drugs that all this can lower our vibration.
So learning about vibration, Tai Chi, meditation, loving kindness and building a community that supports each other.
That happiness we seek can be attained only through the purification of our minds. That light and darkness is a constant battle and working purely to overcome darkness.
Our endless cycle of problems can be over combed.
